MY Museum is looking for enthusiastic, responsible individuals to join our team as Guest Service Associates!
 
GUEST SERVICE ASSOCIATE, PART-TIME
 
Position Overview
The Guest Service Associate works throughout the Museum, including the front desk, exhibits and party room, to ensure a positive guest experience.
 
Major Tasks and Responsibilities
• Provide information and assistance to Museum guests.
• Answer questions about Museum exhibits and operations.
• Ensure that Museum policies and procedures are observed and enforced throughout the site.
• Receive and account for cash, credit card, and check payments received for sales of tickets, memberships and store merchandise, and make change.
• Count and balance receipts as scheduled to ensure accuracy.
• Assist MY Museum management as needed.
 
Experience/Qualifications
• Strong customer service experience.
• Excellent interpersonal and communication skills; administrative and organizational skills. Attention to detail and follow-through capabilities.
• Must be available to work weekends and after-hours events as needed.
