All Family Plus memberships receive 6 guest passes and all Family Deluxe memberships receive 8 guest passes, valid until your membership expires.

Access Your Digital Membership Card
Step #1: Download the eMembership Card App
Search 'eMembership Card' in the App store or scan the QR code here to download the free eMembership App.
Step #2: Search and select 'MY Museum'
Step #3: Select 'Find My Membership Cards'
Step #4: Enter Your Details
Enter your Phone Number and Last Name OR your Membership Number and Last Name.
PLEASE NOTE: Phone number used must be the number we have in your membership profile.
Redeem Your Guess Passes
Follow the steps below to quickly access your Guest Passes. You can redeem them at the front counter during check-in.
Step #1: Select 'Membership Benefits'
Step #2: Select 'Guest Pass'
Step #3: Access Your Guess Passes
Your Guest Passes will appear on the screen. Please show our staff your Guest Pass(es) at check-in. Once used, a stamp will appear over the bar code so you can easily keep track of how many guest passes you have remaining.
